It was my first time going to Jamestown. We enjoyed it.
I booked and specifically asked for a 3.30 am check in which I was guaranteed in writing. Upon arrival after a 10 hour drive from Toronto, only to be told not only could we not check in, we could not cancel, but the most uninterest night auditor named Dakota. Thankfully another hotel had a vacancy. To top it off, they did not allow me to cancel. For the next night I went to Motel 6 personally to cancel and spoke to Alya and yes, she told me she would cancel the second night, but guess what, they send me a bill for both nights and now I am fighting with them to refund my money. Stay away from Motel 6!
