Room was very nice and clean Service checking in was good as was making the reservation Did request ground floor rooms and that's what we got. Was a nice stay.
I would definitely choose this place again. The pool was beautiful. The only thing I would say is the hot tub looked like it needed a quick freshen up. Lovely place and would definitely recommend. All staff were very kind. However, it was Candice that fixed everything almost instantly. I am truly grateful. I am not familiar with Hamilton so coming from London it was such a smooth process in and out. When we left the lady that helped us did a great job especially upon arrival when there were a lot of us there for the journey concert. Many Thanks!
