The Westin Cleveland Downtown

The staff of this hotel made the experience what it was. Manuel at the front desk, Herman in the restaurant, your hype man keeping everyone happy in the lobby they deserve praise and a raise. They are what made my stay at your hotel such an enjoyable experience.

Staff was polite and very helpful. All requests were fulfilled.

My hubby and I need some we time and the Westin understood the assignment.

Hotel Employees were great. Even upgraded my room when I checked in because my room was not ready yet.

All staff we encountered were kind and professional. Excellent rooms. The restaurant next door had an excellent menu and a lot of options.

Dedo went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Pleasurable does not begin to describe his attentiveness toward guests. It's almost like he is a loving family member. Kudos to Dedo.

We were in Cleveland for a volleyball tournament. We had to book the Westin downtown last minute due to a booking error at the hotel we originally booked. We were lucky enough to find a room last minute at a great price. I was worried about the quality of the room and amenities given the price. I was pleasantly surprised. The room was nice and very clean. Check in was efficient. The next morning, we enjoyed breakfast at the restaurant connected to the hotel. I worked out at the hotel fitness center. They had a nice selection of equipment and free weights. My only negative comment is the fitness center was very warm/hot. Some may prefer this. I personally would have appreciated a little more air and less heat. Overall, nice stay, clean room, great price.

The foyer area right inside room had not been swept as there were human hair balls and dust. The carpet had not been vacuumed thoroughly and there was also oddly hair hanging from picture frames on wall over bed, long curly hair. Not sure how that even got there. There was also no trash bag in my container. Lastly I was on 19th floor with city view and window was so dirty, you had to wait til night to take pics. Thank you.

No negatives. It was a good experience. A little hiccup at the beginning in reference to out reserved room not being available, but it was corrected quickly. Ed at the front desk took care if it.
