The guy who checked us in was very polite and kind. The room was good.
Maybe 12 pieces of toilet paper on roll. No coffee in room or lobby. Asked for pet room at reservation. Was sent upstairs as dogs not Allowed in downstairs room. Dog almost fell down the stairs stairs. Host was amiable.
They made me a reservation and said I. Could check in after driving from az 6 hours I get there and the guy says no availability and I haven't been able to receive my refund you guys should be charged with fraud and ripping people off.
