Our attendant at check in was phenomenal and addressed all our needs.
Not quite home but it was very comfortable!
The room was hot, A/C not working well, sounded like an industrial dryer running all night, hallway was cooler than room. Ice machines were all broken except one on the 1st floor. Pool and hot tub, both closed down. Had I been told prior to booking that your hotel was under construction and that all amenities were broken, I would have looked elsewhere. Toilet leaked all night, bathroom floor was a slippery, wet mess, an accident waiting to happen. This was such an uncomfortable stay for myself, my daughter in law and two grandchildren, (1 and 9) I’ll not stay nor recommend your hotel.
Rooms were clean but in need of repair or remodeling.

Excellent! People were very kind to us and the rooms were clean. The breakfast food was very good also.
The hotel was very nice. The staff member who was on duty Saturday Sept 21, was awesome! Will the hockey players running her crazy, she was still very nice and accommodating.
