I am in room 107, I will never stay hete again if I end up in a room next to the laundry. For the past two hours I have listened to a never ending thumping. which I finally realized was from the dryers.
The room was clean and perfectly appointed. The artworks on the walls absolutely lovely. The breakfast good and the attendants pleasant and helpful.
Foremost the General Manager, Austin Dudley, provided outstanding assistance and really demonstrated customer service. Best Western did well to put this gentleman in a position for show true customer service. Thank you!
