WE NEEDED A ROOM FOR AN EMERGENCY OVERNIGHT STAY. WE FOUND THIS HOTEL AND BROOKLYN WAS AWESOME. SHE HELPED GET US IN A ROOM ON THE GROUND FLOOR AND EVERYTHING WE NEEDED SHE FOUND FOR US. WILL STAY THERE AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.
