All was well. Front desk staff was very nice in giving us a nice room for the extra price and were wonderful dealing with key that didn't open the room door. Appreciate the security..all staff were very pleasant to deal with.
I have been staying here every time I return to USA from Europe the view from 38th floor terrace is magnificent.

Comfortable
from start to finish this was the worst experience I have ever had in my 60 plus years.
Security was real unprofessional in attitude. Was very rude and unintentional in customer service.
Our first time in NYC, we had three rooms and a group of six travelling from multiple places to meet for Christmas. The staff were so incredibly helpful, kind and welcoming. They helped accommodate with an early check in when a flight changed making one guest arriving before anyone else. The staff also helped us to have a late check out so we could keep the dog inside while we co to used to explore the city. I can’t say enough about how happy we were and how perfect the location is if you’re driving into the city, parking was easy and super close to subways, time square and everything else you want to check out.
I found my room neat, clean and small, but spacious enough. The location was perfect.
While the hotel facility is near to Penn Station, I do feel safe and comfortable. Thumbs up to managers and staff.
Hotel needs upgrade.
We left our coats in the closet and needed to catch a train within minutes. Staff went out of their way to get our coats very quickly. A rare quality.
Will come again for sure. Tick Tock just what is needed.
