The common areas were terrific. The breakfast setup was spot on. This was especially good during the Christmas season. Very festive. The restaurant was amazing. Food, cocktails and service were outstanding.
Wonderful place with very friendly and helpful employees. Loved our stay and will come back.

Lovely landscaping, friendly help, excellent beds in Hibiscus room. We would definitely come back.
Having stayed at the Upham for at least 20 years, I know what to expect. However, on our last visit I was told upon booking that we would have a room with a fireplace as requested. That didn't happen. O:((.
