Had a great stay at the Residence by Marriott at St.Louis Downtown. Clean rooms and we were able to check in early due to attending a wedding! The breakfast was great and had a variety of choices.
Most expensive hotel on our whole trip. Never been charged that much more than stated price for same room. Plus another $22 to park the car over night. Traffic noise was very loud. No view of the arch. When booking the room, we were told we could see the arch from the hotel. Carpet was wet by one of the beds. Found a black hair and some crumbs when turning down the covers. Most disappointing and expensive start of our whole ten day trip.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. Everyone was nice and welcoming. The breakfast was very good with so many options and variety. Our suite was nice and very well maintained.
We offer guests the option to use the towels in their room for more than one day. If guests would like to have clean towels each day, we do have them available.

This hotel has great service. The breakfast is definitely adequate. Rooms are quality, though slightly dated and have some wear and tear, but nothing major by any means.
