Typical cost is approximately $12.95 - $14.95 pp plus gratuity (subject to change) On site coffee shop (Mojo) also provides pastries, cereals, bagels and "breakfast on the go" sandwiches for competitive prices that vary depending upon items selected. Hours and days of operation vary.

Signs with directions to rooms is confusing. Spent 10 minutes finding a room because the signs are not updated.

Is the best I can recommend to the boardwalk, the beach and the town. Otherwise, it’s a decent average hotel, with very basic rooms.
The hotel is perfectly located right on the boardwalk. My room on the 3rd floor was clean and quiet and I had a view of the ocean.
Was six years since I last stayed there. Much has been upgraded since then. It's the only place I would stay in Rehoboth.
Great staff, nice accommodations. Always have a great time when staying there. The banquet staff are amazing.
I have stayed at this hotel before. The amenities are great, fridge, microwave, steps from the beach and clean and comfortable.
The Sands is extremely convenient. My oceanfront room and bath were clean and beds made fresh. The front desk staff was pleasant and efficient. Convenient parking including handicap spots.
The hotel staff were very helpful and even changed our room for an ocean view room. Reservations were light this weekend so they took care of us. This is why we stay at the Sands every year at about this time.
Thank you to Mr. Roland, Alisa and Scott for helping to resolve issues with our reservation. They are so kind, helpful and professional. Our room was very comfortable and the view was amazing. The hotel is bright, clean and very welcoming. Thank you again for a wonderful stay, we'll be back in April!
