Very charming old building. Room was very large, comfortable, clean.
Overall, this was a fine hotel. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was nice and it had a great feel to it. The one concern I have: I'm fairly certain that money was stolen from my daughter's wallet by someone coming into the room. We were there for three days and she literally left her wallet in the room the entire time. (It was in my backpack.) Never left the room with it. I know she had cash because, when we got there, I gave her some cash so she'd have it when I left earlier than she was going to. Then when she went to leave, all cash in her wallet was gone. I won't say with 100% confidence it was the cleaning staff, but I will say I cannot imagine how else the money would've gone missing. I called the hotel front desk when she told me it was gone just to let them know. I told them I knew they couldn't reimburse me because they couldn't just take my word for it, but I thought they should know. They said they'd have the GM call me back, but nobody ever did.
We will definitely only stay at Hotel Indigo next time we are in Spokane. The staff is beyond helpful and accommodating, especially considering the stress of managing 12 players and families!
