Charming, picturesque old hotel. You can get a room with a private balcony or a fireplace (gas logs that are easy to turn on and off). There is a parlor with a fireplace. Rustic ambiance. Friendly staff.
All employees were the greatest. Very friendly and helpful.
I throughly read reviews before booking. Reviews lie! Yes it is an old historical home so those noise were expected. But other personal noise discussing! Rooms very small! Beds were unbearable! Dinner menu was way too expensive! Breakfast wasn't the best. We left a day early because of the above. Lost a nights pay of course but I didn't care wasn't staying another night there. Desk worker's were very nice and friendly. But can't sleep and rest on that.👎.
