I would like to give an additional thank you to a couple of your staff members at the Monroe MI location. That would be Missy (housekeeper) and Sarah (hotel receptionist). Reason being, after I had checked out and been away for a couple of hours I realized I had forgotten something very important to my grandson. The night before we checked out I had purchased some of my grandson's favorite dinosaurs. Two hours after we checked out I realized I had forgotten to grab the bag with his dinosaurs in it. I started looking through all our luggage, couldn't find them. So I drove back to the hotel and after talking to Sarah, she was able to find those specific toys in the lost and found because Missy had the respect and courtesy to set them aside just in case. Thanks again to both of them, they made a little boy and I very happy.
We staid two days and had everything that we needed. Everything was just great. The breakfast in the morning was just right and the snacks and stuff they had for you if you needed anything was great as well.

Rooms were stated to be clean every today I am they were not. why are there two Hilton hotels so close my son picked the wrong one.
Just had cards that would not open door on last morning, Thursday. Attendent came promply and used a gadget to open so not a big deal. Thanks.
I called approximately eight weeks ahead of time to reserve a room. I specifically requested a first floor room as we are fisherman from out of town and have a lot of equipment. The representative I spoke with assured me that would not be a problem and she would put it in the notes to make sure we got a first floor room we arrived on Thursday, April three checked in and I was giving a room on the fourth floor of the hotel and the representative at the front desk told me that they did not have anything available on the first floor as those rooms were already all taken so when I specifically call plenty of time in advance and request a first floor room that’s what I expected again we bring a lot of equipment that we need to bring inside with us as it is valuable and cannot be left out. It is just very disappointing that this is how this transpired.
JUANITA AND CHERYL ARE THE EPITOME OF THEIR PROFESSION. THEY REALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND THEY BOTH HAVE SUCH PLEASANT VOICES THAT ARE VERY COMFORTING!
Very helpful staff. An awesome place to stay with plenty of parking. Good deals on last minute reservations. Clean rooms. I can never complain and the staff that works here especially Jeanne is top notch at making you feel welcome and at home.
