Keith was very courteous, friendly and helpful. We had been traveling all day. We were exhausted. He made it very easy for us to get settled. We really appreciated his attention and help.
Spacious ADA accessible room. Very clean, great bars in the bathroom. Bars in the shower. Great coffee. Good breakfast. Kingston was very friendly when he checked us in.
My mother had to have a surgical procedure at Intermountain. When I booked the room I added a request for a ground floor room for ease of getting her in bed if she was still feeling loopy/unstable from the anesthesia. Our room was not only ground floor, but the first room off from the lobby and wheelchair accessible. I so appreciate my concerns being taking seriously and her safety being a top priority. The room was clean, smelled nice and even had a shower seat in the shower for her. Highly recommend!
