Not properly staffed, cleaned, or secured. There was no one at the desk several times. Saturday morning there was not breakfast or coffee. No one came to give us new towels and the floors looked horrible. Broken tiles and sinks in the bathroom along with what looks like mold in the tub was disgusting.
