Had an absolutely perfect time this week at the Armstrong. Great location plus amazing rooms and service. Everything was top notch. Appreciate the free laundry access and having Mugs coffee right next door. Kudos to Ed for going the extra mile on service!
We stayed the summer of 2024 and again this year. Love the location and how Fort Collins is so active. 45 years ago, I worked near the Armstrong, nice to see all the great improvments, so elegant! See you next summer!

Went to THEIR website to book a room. Their third party booking company double booked me for two rooms instead of one. Even though it was their representative booking agent that messed up they say it is me that has to resolve it, plus they charged me over $200 more per room than what that was listed on their website. Nice hotel but trying to screw me out of $600 is unacceptable.
The service was above and beyond. I was very impressed.
We loved the room—216 above MUGS! Super quiet! It’s a great weekend of celebration.. My son/ cousin share birthdays… it’s a great place to be a lot of history in the Armstrong.. front desk were super sweet — Ransom.. was super helpful!

We booked the Armstrong for it's close proximity to Washington's. We went to a concert, shopped and dined in Old Town and never once had to get in the car and drive anywhere. Hotel staff was friendly and kept us up to date regarding all events they had going on at the hotel. Room was gorgeous and my husband wants to go back just to sleep in the luxurious bed.
