My Mother died on Saturday and they wouldn’t refund my stay. I’ve never been more upset with a business in my life.
Property was clean outside and we'll maintained. Lobby was fresh and welcoming. Rooms were as crisp and clean as the sheets.
Very chic environment. The above and beyond additions like the bidet and TV in the restroom were amazing.
We have stayed a number of times and have always been happy with all aspects of the Warrior Hotel from pool to bar dining and a very nice clean comfortably room that we are fine hard to leave great staff very accommodating.
What a wonderful stay, this place is awesome, the rooms are phenomenal and the staff is first class. Nothing better than a heated toilet seat in February in Sioux City. Highly recommend this place.
I had a very nice stay having everything on the property.
When I walked into the hotel I was very impressed with what I saw. They took an old hotel and made it something special to see. Our room was lovely also. BUT,,,, getting a box of Kleenex or a roll of TP was impossible. And don't even get me started on wanting a clean towel. These things were asked for several times, with reassurances they would be delivered right away and that never happened. It's a shame such a beautiful place didn't take better care of its clients.
