Room was clean. Employees friendly but room was not up to our expectations.
First night stay the fire alarm kept us up through out the night till the next morning. Promised that we will be credited for the inconvenience. During check out I mentioned it and was told he couldn't credit us because he doesn't know how we paid. Due to booking through 3rd party. I later checked my receipt and itenerary and we did book through the hotels website. We also stayed long enough for our room to be cleaned and they did not. Only took out the towels and trash with out filling up the toilet paper. Rooms were nice, but service was bad.
the low volume shower heads Hilton has started using in all hotels are horrible. It shouldn't take five minutes to wash shampoo out of my long (past shoulder length) hair. The shower will be the reason I won't book hiltons anymore. 400 per night I should have a shower that has more that five drops a minute.
