Hotel was really nice.
That's about all it was. Convenient. We attended an event and Van Andrel. Location was great. Room service never came in during the two nights we were there.(not even to give us fresh towels). Fridge never got our pop cold. Huge food safety issue! Front desk staff was friendly during interactions. Bed/pillows were nice.
Love the location of this hotel in downtown Grand Rapids! The staff is exceptional and go over and beyond to make you feel at home! Many restaurants around the hotel plus there is a cinema around the corner as well! I give this hotel a 10/10!

Wonderful staff, great energy, great room and such a modern fresh look! We loved our stay here! We would recommend the GR Canopy to everyone. The location is fabulous. Many restaurants and coffee shops within easy walking distance. Can’t miss with this hotel!
