We spent this past weekend at the Hyatt place in Canton. Super amazing stay. The whole staff was super accommodating and helpful. The rock star of the weekend was Stephanie. She was amazing. Helped with the hotel shuttle situation and was a rock star bartender on Saturday night. Thanks for a great stay.

We booked this hotel for a AAU sports team and was told the pool would be ready and the website confirmed. The Pool was not ready and there was a ton of kids running around the hotel. One customer was swearing at the kids and staff were aware and did not address the inappropriate interactions. Hotel was clean but staff were not able to address concerns. Severals rooms were overbooked. Poorly managed and supervised.
Booked a double queen, months in advance. Website alerted me to pool renovation to be completed in early February. I showed up March 1, told me could only give me a room with a single king. Not great for my family of four and by the way, pool still closed. They forgot to update website. I asked to cancel room and get a refund to go down the street and they refused. Poor management, communication and customer service. Stay away!
