Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. It was great.
We left a day early it was so bad.
We never go out room cleaned in three days we left a day early we had dirty bath towels.
Lobby was clean. Room beds very comfortable if you like a softer bed. Phone was not plugged in and was dirty no biggie. Also, missing coffee pot. I don’t drink coffee so not a problem. Staff was friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was great! I would stay there again.
Free continental breakfast. We offer waffles, fruit cups, yogurt, biscuits and gravy on occasion, toast, juice, milk and cereal.

The manager was very nice we had problems and he took care of them right away and also upgraded us was very happy .All in all it does need work but I’d stay again.
This was a clean hotel and staff was friendly. The breakfast did the trick! Thank you West Point Inn and Suites for a comfortable stay for a decent price!
