We called made a reservation for the fountain side with the Jacuzzi. We get here. Our room was booked on the riverside. They had one room left on the fountain side with two queen size beds, which you could not even sit inside. You have one chair at the desk. So you’re pretty much either gotta sit on a bed or sit out on the hot deck. It’s not what we paid for. We’ve been here the last four years on this side just not happy. Was told there is no more rooms other than the one we got on the fountain side, but as I sit on the deck all day three rooms down nobody’s been in them. I think we were lied to.
Coffee Shop located in the lobby serving breakfast sandwiches and speciality coffees each morning from 7am-10pm.

I was required to pay a $143 fee on arrival. Totally a rip off. I booked my room on line. The room I was given was not the same and was a downgrade at the same cost. Have stayed six times. Worst ever.
Upon arrival to the hotel it was quite impressive. The bell men and the person at the reception area were very helpful. They walked me to my room and also offered to get ice. However, the cleaning staff was not quite as attentive. When turning down the bed for the evening there was a stain on the linen indicating the linens had not been changed. There was a delay in getting this resolved which resulted in a few phone calls to the front desk. There was also the cover or a disposable razor left in the bathroom from the previous occupants, also indicating not much attention was placed on cleaning rooms between guests. Overall the room was not cleaned properly with dirt and debris along the baseboards and floor edges. The daily cleaning was also lacking. Towels were not replaced. Dirty glasses and coffee mugs left by the sink were not cleaned and replaced. Overall the housekeeping services need more attention.
My family and I have had the best time. Great beds, plenty of space, great views. Can't say enough good about this place.
The staff is always friendly. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. Will return to this location.
