Had a wonderful visit and the staff was really helpful. Had an issue with my younger daughter that found a chunk of broken glass in the pool, luckily she didn’t get hurt. The staff reacted fast and helped close the pool down to allow maintenance to drain the pool to clean it and make it safe.
I'm handicapped and need assistance, I depend on a walker to get around. The lady who managed the breakfast area, GHADA, did an outstanding job of helping me with my meal AND she even helped me get my luggage into my car! To me, this is above and beyond of what's expected in a HI breakfast area! Thank You!
