Very nice older hotel amidst apartment complex with same name. Clean and quiet. Nice informative staff. I would stay here again.

Shower could use some shelves and I really missed soap to wash my hands before I put in/take out my contacts. Everything else was very good.
The staff put me in their "quiet" section of rooms and it was quite all night after the traffic died down. The water was hot, so the shower was appreciated. Thank you. The room had a TV, mini fridge, microwave and hair dryer. The coffee maker put out a nice, steamy beverage.

The room was clean, which was a big plus. It had a cute charm, and the staff were incredibly nice and helpful.
Every thing was fine. Housekeeping was excellent. The front desk could have made me feel more welcome and accommodating. I asked that my room be cleaned, towels and new bedding and the desk person said “I’ll see what I can do”. It turned out fine but I was taken aback with her comment. Not great customer service. Desk people were not overly friendly and didn’t make me feel particularly welcome. However I did enjoy your hotel. Just need to let the guest feel appreciated. I will probably come back. I liked your location.
