The hotel is located in a very nice neighborhood, with plenty of restaurants and accommodations nearby. The staff was extremely polite and accommodating. It took less than 30 minutes to get into the city, which made exploring Chicago easy and enjoyable. The rooms were clean and recently upgraded. Off-street parking was a big plus—safe and secure. We’ll definitely stay again if we visit Chicago.
