The staff and grounds, pool and beach areas, outside bar are AWESOME! However, the inside of the resort definitely needs attention/refresh! It seems nothing has been done to the inside of the resort/rooms since maybe the 80s/90s? The wallpaper is tearing off the walls, the carpets are ‘squishy’/so dirty! The decor is old and tired. There were actually cobwebs in the corners of the ceilings in our room/bathroom. A little attention to cleanliness l and a refresh especially to flooring would go a long way to people being more comfortable in this resort.
Bathroom floor was not clean next to bath tub. Dirt and hair was pushed up next to tub.
