The cool thing about Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort & Spa is that it offers a wide range of amenities including a spa, multiple pools, a golf course, and four on-site restaurants.
I was extremely disappointed with my stay. Children were noisy after hours along with their pets!. I waited for my breakfast for one hour and discovered they gave it to a different table. I had to reorder and waited another hour. So, so disappointed. I realized this was a Holiday weekend, but no apologize or nothing! I could not sleep and left the hotel early.
Excellent property for kids the lazy river and slides are a dream for children, the employees are amazing above and beyond.
One suggestion is to add bars in the shower tub combo for increased safety especially for seniors.
