The staff both evening and morning were so nice and upbeat! One lady was running between breakfast area and front desk but didn't show stress only kindness. The room was clean and comfortable
This is a hotel located far enough away from downtown that it is quiet but only a couple of minutes drive to downtown. The staff is always friendly and helpful. It has a very nice hot breakfast.

How to conserve with us: It's a simple thing to do and you'd be amazed by how much water and energy you'll save! Towels Just hang them up like you do at home! For fresh towels, simply place the used one on the floor or in the tub. Bed Linens Don't do a thing, we'll make the bed for you! For changed bed linens, just leave the card on your pillowcase.

My husband and I were travelling through Redding on our way to Ashland when the I5 was closed and we’re were forced to find a place to stay in Redding. The hotel was just fine and close to restaurants but the best thing about this place is the staff. Sunny was just what we needed when our plans were changed welcoming, informed and helpful. The next morning waiting and wondering if the highway would open we were treated to Heather. This must be a great place if they can hire and retain this calibre of staff.
Found hotel on short notice and was very happy with our choice.
