Never did an answer re; what is the time a reservation can be cancelled and the credit card reembursed your fine print says July6 very impossible to do, since I only made my reservation July 8th. An obvious money grab of $16.00 pay it OR you can’t get reimbursed and if you have to cancel you have to provide proof of reason Won’t be staying @ that Super 8 ever again ALSO four five business days to get the credit card reimbursed for the damage security payment someone is making interest on our loss Nancy Woestenenk.
Staff was able to rebook my room as I had to cancel due to an unforseen circumstance. The pillows could be a bit better. They are very small.
