The rooms are clean Fairly well maintained Bedding old and tattered Smells of cigarette smoke…especially in stair wells No breakfast I’ve stayed in worse.but will look elsewhere next time.
The room was filthy. Even after I complained and housekeeping supposedly cleaned the floor the floor was filthy. If the floor (evidenced by my filthy black feet). The rest of the room wasn’t clean either. I paid enough for a King Suite in a upscale hotel.
Our room had cigarette burns in the quilts, electrical scorched plug, the on knob to the air conditioner missing (see pictures). Our room did not have a charging power station, altho my daughter’s did. The metal guards around the bottom of both the beds to prevent stuff from being shoved under the beds squeeked and squawked. There were no coffee pots in the room and no coffee in the lobby until morning. Breakfast amounted to a granola bar if you could find one. The rooms, stairs, elevator and grounds were far from clean. The so called hot tub was not heated. There was a lot of questionable vehicular traffic pulling in, leaving and then returning and then leaving again.
