The night desk employee was very nice and helpful dealing with my needs. The bathroom floor tiles were loose, bathtub was dirty and shower head had caked on soap scum. TV didn’t work at time of check in (clerk got another worker to help), the bed was NOT comfortable at all. Night clerk and pillows were the best part of my stay.
