The only complaint is the shower head leaks real bad, we had a flood all over the floor because of the leak, please mention to the maintenance,.

I called to ask if it would be possible to check in earlier than the stated time of 3PM, because I was attending a concert that started at 4PM. I was assured by the reservation agent, after putting me on hold and contacting the front desk, that I could check in as early as 1PM. When I showed up at 1:30, I was told that there was no way I could get in before 3. I parked in the lot until 3 and went back to the front desk. there were several people waiting to check in. I was finally allowed into the room that I am sure was ready well before 3! I don't appreciate being lied to! learned the hard way, your organization can't be trusted.
Overall very nice, a bit noisy, walls are thin, but no big deal. Very nice stay.
I’d say this is a great place for people to stay. I really enjoyed my stay.
The price was right. Still smells of the old smoking rooms. The beds were very comfortable and the staff was great.
The rooms were spacious and clean and the third floor was pretty quiet. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
