"First time guest from Carmel. Rooms adequate, common rooms pool/fitness outstanding."

We usually stay at the Four Seasons when visiting SF, but less than thrilled with latest bedroom redo’s (metallic wallpaper) so opted to try the Palace. Service outstanding, better price point and main floor common rooms lovely. We’ll be back. Thank you.
