Staff amazing, friendly and genuinely happy to help us. THATS RARE THESE DAYS. I had paid for rooms to have several different people stay in different rooms with different check in/out times last weekend and it COULD have been a mess but it wasn’t. Even when I need to cancel one of them due to flight cancellation, I got my money back and it was easy. They set up the room with surprise gifts for my guests with no issues or needless bs. It truly was fabulous.
The vertical blinds on the window did not fit properly. I could not find any way to control the air conditioner. the hotel was bsy and clean and staff friendly.
I received great customer service at the front desk. However I found the room very cold. I turned A/C off but unable to set a more moderate temperature in room. I chose this hotel because of proximity to Dignity Health Hospital. However, being a person over 50 yrs. I found the beds hard to get out of and not enough blankets. I'm sorry to say, but I will not stay at your hotel again.
We enjoyed our stay. With our busy schedules sleep was our most important priority. The beds were so comfortable, the room temperature perfect. Noise level 0. Refreshed.
