I was in Room 224, the shower was stopped up and the bathroom flooded. It took a long time for the water to warm up. I had to use all the towels to mop up the floor, the refrigerator didn’t work, I had to put my food on ice but it was lost by morning, the lamp didn’t work and the hotel applied a separate 10O.00 to my card and told me that it would be refunded in 7 to 10 days. I wasn’t told that when I booked the room. It still has not be applied. But the staff was nice and offered a free breakfast and brought up more towels.
I requested a last minute walking in booking for the Four Points Hotel and was told by the ladies at the desk that there were no available rooms. When I left the hotel I called the customer services number and immediate two rooms were available. The price of the rooms kept going up by 20 30 every time the young lady asked me about booking the hotel. Once inside the hotel, it was inundated and the spread on the bed had spots on it and the carpet felt Ugg under my feet. The bathroom was handing accessible but the shower floor was dirty and it had a clear strip T the bottom and d the shower to keep the water from running on the floor, in which it didn’t. I found the room to be subpar for the price and service. Lastly, if the room was handicapped accessible why was it on the second floor? And the clear strip in the shower could possibly cause someone to fall.
