I was bit by a spider in the bed phenolic good experience, sleeping at night.
The rooms were okay except for house keeping. We asked to have our room cleaned and had to ask twice because they didn’t come the first day. We also had a hard time getting towels. We called several times for towels. When they finally came they only gave us enough for three people. There were four of us in the room. We tried several times to get a cabana. We were told there were none available. We tried on Friday and Saturday. While at the pool both days there were several cabanas that were not in use. Friday and Saturday.We were at the pool all day, both days. Also when checking out we had a very difficult time finding a luggage caddy. I would think that a hotel that size would have more than one luggage caddy. Very disappointing with the four days we stayed there. I’m hoping the next time it will be better. Karen Carroll.

Very pleasant experience, ate all our meals at the hotel. The hotel food was good. All the workers were pleasant. The pool was outstanding.
The pool was great, the rooms are great, the buffet was superb, checking in was outstanding, the cleaning staff was amazing.
Everyone was kind and helpful they went above an beyond their duty to make it a wonderful experience.
Easy check in and out. We were allowed to do a late check in with no problems. The rooms were clean and the employees were nice.
