Nicky was great upon checkout. Friendly, made sure satisfaction was a promise.
Rooms were clean. Fun and friendly place to stay with or without the kiddos. There's everything imaginable to do activity wise. Swimming, Jacuzzi, arcade, pool, training room, basketball, volleyball, etc. Our favorite part was the attached saloon and restaurant, with some of the best food I've had anywhere. We stayed an extra day just cuz.

We arrived close to midnight and the desk clerk was very nice, he said he had just started working there and the person who was supposed to train him never showed up that night so my party and I waited patiently while he figured everything out. We had a nice chat and got the keys to our room. One of the rooms I reserved had a broken lock and made the room uncomfortable. The day we checked out I had to wait at the desk for 20+ minutes waiting for the girl at the desk to get off the phone with her boss who was belittling her on speaker phone. She was also obviously new to the job but the manager she was on the phone was a complete dick head. I said something to her and he yelled at her assuming she said it. He was basically calling her stupid and that she didn't know how to do her job (the person who was supposed to be there to train her also hadn't shown up that day based on what I heard on their conversation). Both desk staff were very nice but the manager on the phone was not professional and was mean and rude to his staff.

Everyone was very friendly and the hotel was clean.
Nice room. Quiet with good amenities. Reasonable price. We will certainly stay there again.
