La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Laredo I-35
The cool thing about this hotel is that it offers a complimentary continental breakfast and has an outdoor pool for guests to enjoy.
New vanity mirror and semi new commode were nice but not sufficient lighting on the vanity. No stoppers for both sink and tub.I was afraid my contact or any object would fall in the sink and were un retractable. Room was not vacuum their were plastic tag holders on the rug; both comforters were stained(one with blood), refrigerator had no light, rackets were bent, freezer had green stains and rice food dropping, electrical outlets to the hair dryer and coffee pot were not working. There was no “Do Not Disturb sign” (which per instructions in the shower area, for eco instructions not to clean your room or replace bedsheets or towels. I was not a happy guest. I did report the sink no stopper concern to the front desk but no action was taken. I can provide pictures if you wish. Lighting is very poor. The room was very dark. I was not happy much less satisfied with my stay. The room was pre charged, which I was not aware. I wanted to get my money but because I was not satisfied with what I had. Because of the prepaid I was not able to go to another hotel because I would loose the two night stay. Should I say more!
Restroom was not very clean, old toilet roll left. Bed was comfortable but the rails of the bed were sticking out so not very safe for someone that couldn't see very well.
