Horrible room conditions!
Terrible, not safe moved rooms and it looked light someone was already in that room. Beds unmade broken furniture and smelled terrible. I lost money with this reservation. We did not stay. Felt very unsafe.
My husband and I stayed one night. The bad smell was first thing we noticed and it lingered in our CPAP machines at home. Only one towel and wash cloth; TV control didn’t work. Electric cord to lamp was partially wrapped with electrical tape. Paint splatters all over bathroom floor; door to toilet area had veneer peeling off the bottom. showed severe water damage at the bottom anAll in all, I wouldn’t recommend is place for a family.
This hotel could use a good focus on cleaning. The rooms had several places in them that looked as if house keeping did not clean. For example, in the bathroom, the corners had a small build up of dirt and hair. The shower curtain was stained and nasty looking. Need to also replace the pillows. The ones that are in use are so broken down that they are basically just pillow cases rolled up. The staff was excellent and friendly!
