I have been staying here for the past three weeks while my husband was critically ill in a local hospital. Everyone from the valet, the shuttle driver but most especially Janiya and Jancely were always so welcoming, kind and so accommodating at all times. I had a relative coming to the city this weekend and said they must stay here. This will definitely be my go to hotel always. Thank you!
Clean, well serviced. The room I stayed in was perfectly fine.
Room was large and beautiful. The front desk staff was excellent especially Dwane. He was very helpful concerning our visit to Dana Farber cancer center.

My only complaint is that the e mail of my checkout was only a summary of charges. There were no details.
Room was very clean. Hotel is very accessible to Boston Hospitals which was a plus and curbside help was very helpful and check in staff helpful and friendly. Restaurant provided a nice buffet and they also have a la carte breakfast, the food was quite good.
Hotel is new clean and well organized. Valet parking is worth it. Close to hospitals and medical centers.
