The refrigerator froze my soda The toliet seat moved and it made it hard to shut the door Maid carts going up and down the hall was extremely noisy. Get them some WD40 The staff was very good but the room was not worth the price.
The hotel and it's staff were very welcoming and accommodating when we had to evacuate during Hurricane Milton this month. Our rooms were very nice. The set up with adjoining rooms was very convenient for us with our two cats and a dog. Bathrooms, beds, desks, even outside areas, all appeared to be very clean. One area of concern were the floors. They were not clean. The beds and desks had not been cleaned under; Someone's sock and pieces of trash were found. We appreciate having a safe place for our animals and always try not to damage hotel property. We bring old towels, rugs and blankets to place by the doors and cover the furniture. All the cleaning, except the floors, seemed satisfactory. The staff, the breakfast offerings were very nice. I appreciate the job the staff did in being there during the storm.
