Good Overall
The room was 96.90.I was charged $75 on 5/18 and again on 5/19. And $28.50 on 5/19. I understand.
They charge me an extra 326 dollars cause they said that we smoked in the room ! Well that was a damn lie ! But if you open the door a the wind was blowing right, you sure can smell the ppl smoking but never in the room ! So they say that their smoke detectors said that there was smoking in the room ! Well we never did and we will never recommend this place or stay at this rip off of a place again !
Difficulties with check in attendent forced to call Wyndham. Rm 150 had issues with shower. VERY long time to heat then it's broiling then quickly back to cold broiling then guickly back to cold.
Very good service. Hotel personnel was helpful and friendly. Loved free breakfast and comfortable bed.
My stay was uneventful except for not receiving a requested morning wake up call.
The staff quickly addressed my concerns and questions. Our stay was very pleasant. This was mine and my husbands 55th anniversary so it was very important that it was an enjoyable stay and it was!
The room spelled like wet dog, the shower would fill up with water, there were ceiling droppings everywhere. Woke up with a sore throat. Would not recommend this hotel.
My A/C unit wasn’t working well and the continental breakfast was terrible.
