IU Biddle Hotel

The staff at the Biddle hotel are all very friendly and welcoming. Even on a busy weekend with high turnover patrons. We had a to wait a bit longer to get to our room, but the offer to store luggage and walk around to explore or get suggestions on where to go was nice to have. I wasn’t sure how clean the room would have been with housekeeping being behind on cleaning the rooms that needed to be done. However, this was one of the cleanest hotels I have ever been in. It was really nice to have and come back and rest in at the end of the day or in between some downtime. We stayed for two nights. The Biddle hotel is in a great location of the IU campus as well. Love that you don’t have to leave the building to access the student union center. It’s also not too far from the downtown area with other restaurants and shops to explore. If you’re going for a visit for any reason I’d recommend a stay at the Biddle Hotel!

Returning to Bloomington is always a treat and staying at the Union is an added bonus. Our room was immaculate and well appointed.

Jayvonne Whitfield provided outstanding service, transforming what could have been a tough stay to an amazing one. Our room was cold and would not heat up. Jayvonne listened, believed us and moved us to a cozy and warm room where we were very comfortable. When I had misplaced an item in the other room Jayvonne acted right away, helping me to locate my valuable lost item! He was helpful, responsive, considerate and efficient and transformed our stay into five stars PLUS. Thank you, Jayvonne!

I always like staying at the Biddle Hotel when I visit Bloomington. I love being in the heart of campus and I love the proximity to restaurants and event venues. The staff is consistently helpful and the rooms are consistently clean. I love it here.

My daughter had never seen my beloved alma mater so I took her down for a night while visiting my parents in Indiana. The room was beautifully decorated with a subtle IU design. We took a long beautiful walk through campus the following morning. Can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful stay. Perfect being on campus and close to university ammenities. Started with our son, who was recovering from minor surgery and needed to be closer to classes than his dorm and this worked out perfectly!

The Biddle Hotel was so convenient and comfortable for us to stay at for orientation days for our incoming Freshman. The room was well kept and beds comfortable and we had every amenity we needed for a two night stay. Nice views from windows and room was very comfortable and clean.

Very disappointed as the level in the shower was broken. The shower curtain had mold. Every machine was broken in the fitness center. I took pictures if you need for your reference.
