We like staying there went my bus am is at the Lubbock heart hospital. It is close to it.
The property was clean. Water would not get hot, Luke warm at best. We were there for Dr appts and my husband on oxygen, we were given room at very end of hall. On 3rd floor. Not most convenient for him. He was out of breathe just reaching room. Next morning there was no way he could go down to breakfast walking all the way to elevator them all the way to breakfast area and all way back. When checking in I did ask if there was any closer and explained my husband on oxygen, I was offered wheelchair but no change in room.

Very nice staff, they were willing to work with us after arrivingat 12:00 p.m. not being told by the person taking our reservations over the phone the arrival time was 3:00. Front desk worked it out and we got a room right away. Not sure if they gave a veteran discount. We forgot to ask.

No phone in room, guess that's standard now. Asked for 5:30am wake up. Was told there'd be a knock on door. Never happened. Toilet made noise all night. Not the best experience we've had at this LA Quinta.
One of the nicest La Quinta Inn's that I have ever stayed at. Large spacious room, desk, couch and all the normal things you would expect.
The staff is always friendly. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. It was good.
Receptionist was helpful. Everything was clean and inviting.
