Arrived at hotel just before 7pm. The front desk refused to give us a room with two queens even though it said on the reservation “preference two beds” and “King or double queens.” The front desk adamantly refused to help as we booked through a third party. The whole place reeked of marijuana. It was barely clean and just gives off an ick vibe from start to finish.
