We have stayed at this hotel at least a half a dozen times and this is absolutely our most favorite place. Clean, new, phenomenal restaurant, great cafe, excellent air conditioning.

I absolutely love staying at The Maverick! I found this hotel almost three years ago when I drove from Carbondale to GJ to have my dog seen by an emergency Vet. She had surgery around midnight and I picked her up around three am went to my room and slept great for about 6 hours. The night staff was so accommodating and I loved that so much I stay at THE MAVERICK every time I have a super early departure/late arrival into GJ! It had been a while since my last visit and while I was sad to see that the popcorn 🍿 stand was gone, but the service is still TOP NOTCH!
