The biggest thing for my wife and me was the service we experienced with Carter Jenkins, which was perfect. His enthusiasm and desire to help us was way beyond that of any hotel staff we have ever seen. Our positive response in the survey is because of him. We hope that we spelled his name correctly though.
A recent storm resulted in a power outage at our home in Goochland, we selected to stay at Residence Inn and we were very pleased with the service of the staff and the accommodations they provided. They made us feel at ease in a stressful situation. They provided us with a home away from home.
