We was able to get a room poolside and the convenience to Dutch Wonderland and all restaurants.
It’s our second time here. My son had a just blast the first time we came again.

The hotel concept is great. There are a lot of fun things for the children to do within the hotel complex from the indoor/outdoor pool and splash pad to the indoor arcade.
My eight year old Adventure Time fan had the time of his life! Great pools, really warm, friendly staff. My kid also loved the restaurant.
Boy was I surprised and got blown away! The staff at the Lancaster hotel went above and beyond to make mine and my daughter's stay 'out of this Universe'. They honored our room preference request. The nighttime front desk guy, Steve, when we arrived at 2am was super helpful and sympathetic. Maddie, Ron, Louis and all the event and pool staff were AMAZING! The planned events thrilled me and my daughter and the extra care they took to make sure our time was everything it could be was so considerate. Since I was doing this trip solo with my three yr old, all the day time staff were so helpful when my ADHD challenged my ability to prioritize watching her and getting things done shopping, checklist done, pool safety everything! Adriana? I think was her name? From front desk day staff was also amazing, going the extra mile to make our budget stretch to include gifts, souvenirs and special finds to create special memories. Thank you all! Can't wait to come back!

The kids loved it. Aged three and 13 and it was perfect with going to Dutch Wonderland.
HOTEL WAS NICE, ROOMS WERE CLEAN.
The theme is fun and inviting, exciting for kids. The shower water pressure is really good. There are a lot of activities so it’s difficult to experience all there is when you also have plans away from the hotel. Most team members are friendly. Characters are fun to meet and get photos with. We met Ben 10 and buttercup.
