The elevator didn’t work and I a handicapped person had to drag my bag up stairs to 2nd floor while two people on front desk sat and watched.
The elevator was not working when we checked in. Later it worked, however the next day it was not working again. The stairs, which we were forced to use, were filthy. We tried using the stairs without placing our hands on the railings. Not easy for two people in their 80’s The TV in the living area was not working and the bedroom TV kept shutting off. There was no soap in the dispenser in the shower.
